Emotion is in everything that we do, that we see and hear, and that we are able to assimilate as a memory that we keep in the deepest part of our being. This is how I conceive of so much cultural heritage that has come down to us, the fruit of the genius, dedication and will to preserve and bequeath, of many people over the years.<\/p>

Already in the Baroque period there was a whole range of sensations and emotions that music was capable of reproducing and, to a large extent, in this period the viola da gamba played a fundamental role, as it was the instrument that best imitated the human voice.<\/p>

This programme traces a journey through the history of the viola da gamba, with works by famous performers and composers of very different styles, from the simplicity of T. Hume's singing to the complex and developed harmonic taste of J. S. Bach, passing through the French court works of M. Marais, or the famous German composer, G. P. Telemann.<\/p>

The icing on the cake of the concert is the adaptation of \"Recuerdos de la Alhambra\" by F. T\u00e1rrega. This is an original work for guitar, which allows us to foresee the similarities between these two instruments, thus configuring new paths to be explored and made known.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
